Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping services within Jamaica. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are constantly working to expand our shipping services to include more regions, so please check back with us in the future.
Processing Time:
Orders placed on our website typically take less than 1 business day to process and prepare for shipment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slightly longer processing times. Orders placed after 5 P.M. will be process on the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping methods to cater to your needs, all of which will be shipped out the next business day.

Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option. You would be contacted to recieve the package in person and will require a signature.

Knustford Express Shipping: For those who require shipping outside of Lucea and Montego Bay , we offer shipping through knustford Express. Your order will typically arrive the within 1 business day after it has been shipped.

Zip Mail Shipping: If you require shipping outside of Lucea and Montego Bay, and Knustford Express locations aren't ideal we offer shipping to your local post office. This typically takes 2-5 Business day, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method you select, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, and your shipping destination. You can view the estimated shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Order Tracking:
We provide order tracking information for all Knustford or Zip Mail shipped orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. You would be contacted via the information you provide for Lucea and Montego Bay Deliveries
Delivery Times:
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions or holidays. We recommend tracking your order for the most accurate delivery information.
